May = yam baby, heart chakra sounds all month. Thank you, May for being incredibly yum-m(a)y by treating me with heartfelt connections, sisterhood, and plenty of womb wisdom.

The month started with a move from the crowded coast to the center of Bali. A fresh start, right on time for the Bali Spirit festival and time to dance, dance, dance.

The second week initiated a one-month-long immersive womb wisdom well-being certification training and gosh did I learn a lot. It felt like a blend of retreat and certification course. Of doing the work while being trained to share new knowledge.

I fell even more in love with myself – in pure admiration of the wisdom I’ve already held within and deeply grateful to have learned new tools to connect with my feminine essence.

It is true – often challenge and pain bring you closer to connecting with your dharma. Like a  beautiful Lotus flower, growing in the chaotic and messy depth of sweet water. She too is traveling and faces challenges on her healing journey towards light. Once she is ready to transform and shine bright, she becomes a source of pure inspiration. Serendipity that this last month’s journey took place at the Yoga Barn’s Lotus Studio on the beautiful Island of Gods. A sacred place where I and my new sisters got to see Lotus flowers blossoming and butterflies emerging out of their cocoons, literally and metaphorically.

It was also the month of my 33rd turn around the sun. This magical number followed me through the training as well. 3 like the triangle shape, symbolizing the unity of body mind and, spirit.

3 like the yoni mudra, mirroring the female reproductive system and a powerful gesture to connect with the womb and Shakti energy within this space. I received this tool as a beautiful reminder that every woman can access this portal whether the womb is still there physically or energetically.

It felt like a remembrance of this wisdom. Wisdom every woman once accessed naturally. Just that it feels like a collective disconnection from the feminine in a masculine-dominated world made many of us forget. Many women stopped teaching this knowledge in the western world.  The seeds are still within the collective feminine and I received the calling to water this plant.

I learned about powerful ancient goddesses too. Dived deeper into my Kali energy through embodied practices and fought for that inner child of mine through dancing with dignity. I found myself in this story as well. As the Taurian Parvati, Shiva’s beloved. How Parvati embraces sensuality, pleasure, and self-care. How she got challenged to forgive her beloved partner when balancing destruction and protection becomes a snowballs chance in hell.

I am open to expanding even more and inspired to share my truth as a womb wisdom warrior.

During a guided meditation, we went through a collective process of womb connection and energetic fertilization of our own light. We connected with this beautiful shiny seed inside of the feminine, a miraculous glowing egg, ready to connect. Fertilized by our dreams and creativity to birth our unique dharma baby. I could feel my creativity flowing through me, past and new ideas, merging into this shiny beautiful egg. A heartfelt business of service for goddesses.

An embodied visualization that brought fresh energy into my body, mind and soul.

Thank you, May for inspiring me and nurturing my creativity and growth.

A birthday month indeed.
