It is difficult to not know something after you received information or felt an experience. Difficult &#8211; yet not impossible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My process of unlearning feels like a journey to my childhood. Like rewinding a 90&#8217;s tape with a pen. It takes effort and willpower. Through exploring my authentic curiosity, I reconnect to my intuition and knowledge &#8211; outside the box that society labeled with my name. It&#8217;s a process of overwriting existing data. Time for an update. Fair enough that 2022 ended with food poisoning. Possibly my body&#8217;s reminder to let go of what doesn&#8217;t serve me anymore and create space. You gotta clean the software and all your programming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first weeks of 2022 still felt intense and stuck. Until I figured I might follow the wrong calendar. It felt like serendipity that the day I left my job, and therefore the system marks the New Moon and the beginning of the lunar calendar. Happy Lunar New Year and Lo Hei!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It&#8217;s a major step into the unknown and feels ver much aligned. I ended the year of the tiger with food reflexology and at one point looked at my masseuse&#8217;s shirt which had &#8216;healthy&#8217; written on it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Healthy &#8211; heal thy &#8211; heal you. This brings me back to where I started &#8211; it is possible to relearn and change perspectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Let this year of the rabbit bring more growth, healing, and abundance!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Is unlearning harder than learning?
